LA STRADA MALL
RIYADH, SAUDIA ARABIA. 2016 - 2019
A Located in Riyadh - KSA along King Abdullah Road, near the intersection with Abo-Bakr Al-Siddeq Road Exit 6, and 2km East of King Abdul-Aziz Road, with a total GBA of 116,000 m2 (over 2 Basements and 3 levels), La Strada Mall offers a 500 meter long slow drive, walking and luxury shopping environment with individual designer shops, intertwined with retail, café, boulevard, piazza, alley, landscape and waterscape. Three main circulation nodes divide the mall into three distinctive villages connected by “streets” filed with tree lines that smoothly walk the shoppers from one shop to the next while experiencing the “in the city” European - Style of shopping. The architectural language of the main commercial area will be very far away from the usual mega block shopping center. Instead it will celebrate the city life with individual / special design of the each façade of every shop.
SABBAN TOWER
PORTO ARABIA
DOHA, QATAR 2009 – 2008
Three residential towers on Porto Arabia, the main marina of The Pearl-Qatar, a US $2.5 billion island being reclaimed offshore from the Qatari capital of Doha. The three towers contain upscale apartments and luxury penthouses.ELITE designed and supplied the contractor with project-specific work procedures that were used by all involved parties in operating the Primavera Project and Contract Management modules.Progress reports, by ELITE, to the client capturing sensitive Key Performance Indicators were submitted on a periodic basis supplementing Primavera Web which was accessible by the client on a daily basis.
JEDDAH CITY CENTER DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA 2011 - 2010
A major development reshaping the overall landscape of Jeddah’s central district. Guided by the broad vision of the City Center Development Company, design of this 6 million m2 region is conducted in close adherence to the City of Jeddah’s 50 year Strategic Plan.Our scope of work included overall Timeline Schedule Planning and Control in addition to a leading role in coordinating between the client and a broad panel of multiple international consultants. Furthermore, we implemented a firm Document Control system that periodically generated very clear Ball in Court (BIC) reports, raising the accountability and transparency levels of the team work process.
SERAS CHOCOLATE FACTORY
JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA 2013 – 2011
Seras Chocolate Factory is mainly a steel structure that will sit on a 5,433 m2 land area in the second industrial city with a TBA of 5,937 m2 . Our scope of work is covered by a Design-Build contract directly with the client. It was an inspiring experience where we had to comprehend the life cycle of manufacturing this delicious product, design and build to it.
AL-RUGAIB HOLDING HEADQUARTERS
RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA 2017 - PRESENT
Al-Rugaib Holding Co. Headquarters are being developed over a 2,100 m2 land parcel in Riyadh located at King Abdullah Road over two parcels and a total built-up area of 4,200 sqm. The building is comprised of 1 level of Basement Parking, further outdoor car parking, Retail Outlets on the ground floor, offices for subsidiary companies on the 1st to 6th floors and Group Management Office on the annex floor. We have just commenced CONEPCT Design Development where the outlines of the Typical Floor Plan are being drawn to fit the client’s operational objectives. ALOur mission included qualifying and appointment of the designers and contractors which was a challenge considering the fact that the project had been almost at 50% completion at the time of our appointment. This task entailed developing a clear and suitable project delivery strategy that had to be surgically performed in terms of scope definition, packaging, tendering, and awarding. Moreover, we also took the lead in closing out contracts pertaining to disqualified contractors while the project was to be re-initiated with minimal impact on the program.
GALLERIA HOTEL AND COMMERCIAL CENTER

We have been assigned as the Construction Management Firm where our main goal and scope is to work as part of the project team in collaboration with the consultant and contractors to achieve the client’s objectives by implementing our Standard procedures in Time Management, Cost Control, Document Control, Quality assurance, and First and foremost Health and Safety management.The GALLERIA will serve as a luxury retail mall and a Five Stars Hotel comprised of 365 standard Guest rooms and suites. The Building is located in the heart of Jeddah on Tahlia Street, standing on 3 underground parking level and 7 Floors of height encompassing a total built-up area of 80,000sq.m. Furthermore, facilities of this extravagant hotel include multiple international restaurants, Large Ballroom, Spa, Swimming pool, internal Garden Spaces, and multiple Business Lounges.
ANDALUSIA GARDENS PROJECT
JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA 2008
The Andalusia Gardens project is a mixed-use urban development with two sky scrapers that peak at the significant hub of Jeddah city with aesthetic landmark features. The development is comprised of Hotel, Offices, Retail, and Residential use housed in Total Built-up area of approx. 223,000 m2. The project is planned to finish in April 2011.ELITE has had a significant role in designing and laying down the systematic infrastructure for an effective project management process starting with assessing the client IT status, recommending Hardware and Software deficiencies and requirements, installing/ publishing the server, Setting-up the Database backup system, and ending with customizing and launching all software modules.
JUMANA TOWER
PORTO ARABIA
DOHA, QATAR 2009 – 2008
26 Storey Residential Tower on Porto Arabia, the main marina of The Pearl-Qatar, a US $2.5 billion island being reclaimed offshore from the Qatari capital of Doha. The tower will contain upscale apartments and luxury penthouses which will be ready for occupation in August 2009. A somewhat similar experience to that of the Sabban Towers is being relived in this project with some variations due to some characteristics unique to it. However, the fact the this is a repeat client makes the experience all the more simpler and rewarding as we can both avoid the obstacles we collaboratively had to overcome in our first time together.
MUTRAFIA SUBSTATION PROJECT
JUBAIL, SAUDI ARABIA 2011 - 2010
The project will enable Saudi Electricity Company SCECO to ensure a steady supply of electricity to the industries operating in the region and to increase its transmission capacity. The project was supervised by both the Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu as well as SCECO. The project components included a 2500m2 GIS and Control Buildings, 1800m2 Switchgear Building, Five Transformer Foundations separated by Five Firewalls, and concrete Duct banks to host and distribute the cabling networks.

A The project is located in Riyadh-KSA over 5 separate plots – one designated for each Palace, with a total GBA of 16,000 m2. The project also engulfs shared external annexes and amenities connected by a network of roads and footpaths that cross through marvelous landscapes. Our Scope of Works commenced following the owner’s decision to make a major overhaul of the Architectural and Interior design; where we were engaged to act as the client representative and Project Manager. PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE CONNECTION
HAYAT MALL / SAHARA PLAZA
RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA 2016 - PRESENT
A 100 lm Pedestrian Bridge is to be constructed to overpass a 20m-wide public street, connect two shopping centers and facilitate pedestrian/shoppers crossing. Architecture of this Bridge is meant to capture the spirit of both malls while offering a safe and open public zone. This bridge is to comprise F&B outlets, a travellator, and Kiosks-points of sales. Our scope is to lead the Design Concept in tangent with a Feasibility study that is financially viable to the stakeholders. Furthermore, Concept Design is to be developed in compliance with the regulatory regulations while considering vehicular Traffic parameters during and after construction.
